THE BARN:
25 hours of exclusive use of the barn:
Friday 1 pm to 10 pm rehearsal/set-up time
Saturday 9 am to 11 pm Wedding Day
Sunday 8 am to 10 am extra breakdown time
Barn area of the property including the Barn, Bridal Parlor, Groom’s bunkhouse, Kitchen/Workroom, Restrooms, and Outdoor Areas near the barn.
Also includes:
-200 chairs
-25 benches (can seat 4 guests each, for a total of 100)
-20 round tables (72 inch, can seat 8-10 guests each)
-10 rectangular tables (for head tables, buffet/food, DJ, extra seating, etc.)
-8 cocktail tables of 2 adjustable heights
-Barn curtains that can be hung for looks or to create a ‘tent’ on the open air side of barn.
-Permanent barn décor including: antique buffet and table, dresser and shelves, bar, rustic bench, whiskey barrels, rustic window boxes, and lighted back wall with barn curtain drapes
-Trash cans and trash bags

Unlimited ceremony and reception décor from our inventory (commonly used items: table linens in black or white, log rounds, oil lamps, lanterns, vases/jars, flowers, antlers, candle votives, burlap and lace overlays or runners, lace chair sashes, décor for shelves/cake table, large props like ladders, crates, chests, and wagons, wine barrel, metal tubs for drinks, photo booth props, quilts, cute wedding signs, frames, candy bar glassware, drink dispensers, cake and cupcake stands, food trays, coffee makers, outdoor heaters, wedding direction road signs, arches, log stumps for aisles, Shepard’s hooks, flower balls, hanging jars, guest book stand, large flower arrangements, and floral/fabric garlands.)
